Tuther has timed a joke particularly well, possibly at Bori’s expense. Samna is amused while Bori can’t help but laugh.
I enjoyed every minute of reading Far Flung by Utunu and I was immediately compelled to make fan art of the boys enjoying a nice meal together, laughing, snuggling up to each other, and enjoying the time they have together, once I finished the novel.
This book is my current year literary obsession. The characters are so much fun and the novel’s focus on their emotions and relationships to each other, even in a fantastical sci-fi setting, felt really weighty, considered, and lovingly crafted.
Far Flung deserves SO much more fan art and I absolutely can’t wait for the sequel to release in the future!
I’d strongly recommend this one to anybody who’s looking for a sci-fi romance/adventure that has adorable characters, psionic powers, and is openly and apologetically gay ❤️
